Find Your Balance With Yasta

In today’s fast-paced world, mental health challenges are common but overlooked due to stigma associated with them. The National Mental Health Survey 2015-16 reveals that 70% to 92% of individuals with mental disorders in India do not receive the care they need. Disorders like depression, anxiety, and addiction require expert intervention; if untreated, they can disrupt lives. At Yasta Mental Wellness & Rehabilitation Centre, Panipat’s first dedicated mental health centre, we understand these challenges and integrate therapies like yoga, healing meditation, sound therapy and psychotherapy into our treatment plans. With the support of an expert team with 20 years of experience, we help you find your balance in your journey of recovery.

What We Treat

Depression

Depression is a common mental health condition that can affect anyone. It is characterised by a persistent low mood or loss of pleasure or interest in activities for extended periods. This differs from regular mood changes and feelings about everyday life.

Anger Management

The goal of anger management is to reduce both emotional feelings and the physiological triggers that cause anger. While you can’t eliminate or avoid the things or people that enrage you, nor can you change them, you can learn to control your reactions.

Addiction

Addiction of any type is symptomatic, and its root cause is often a mental health issue. Addiction is a state of psychological and physical dependence on drugs, other substances (such as alcohol), or activities and behaviours (such as sex, exercise, and gambling). There are three main types of addiction: physical addiction, behavioural addiction, and impulse control disorders. Physical addiction occurs when the body becomes so dependent on a substance that it experiences withdrawal symptoms without it.

Psychiatric Disorders

There are five main psychiatric disorders. These include autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, major depression, and schizophrenia. Symptoms can overlap, making it difficult to distinguish among these five major psychiatric syndromes.
